Dr. Jose Ignacio Lopez

Dr. Lopez was born in Cuba and graduated from Higher Institute of Medical Science in Havana. Upon his graduation as a medical doctor in 1993, he moved to the United States, where he completed his residency and training at Jamaica Hospital in New York. Dr. Lopez has been in practice for more than twenty years and he can serve both English and Spanish speaking patients. He is a Board-certified Physician of Internal Medicine since 2001 and approved to be a member of the American Medical Association. 

Dr. Lopez is happily married to his wife Sonia Lopez with two loving children. He loves baseball and is an avid fan of the New York Yankees. In his free time, he enjoys spending the day at the beach.
